The final form of Ichigo‘s Bankai, named Tensa Bankai (Chains Of Heaven-cut of the Moon), it is totally out of the ordinary for any zanpakuto.
The final version of Ichigo, which appears to be a compression of his power, rather than a vast expansion as other final releases.
This enormous compressed power allows Ichigo to move at an incredible speed, surpassing flash steps, and gives unique agility and reflexes, while allowing him to use his strength to its limits.
The Tensa Bankai is consists of an ordinary ichigo katana with a black blade, a guard (tsuba) shaped as Manji, the kanji for “ban” (full), and a small chain hanging replacing the fabric of released form.
